We pride ourselves on offering not just a luxury product but also a professional and excellent service working with you up until the week of your special event to ensure your plan represents your finalised guestlist and seating arrangements.

We appreciate that you will not have all your guestlist details far in advance of the event but it is still possible to discuss the look and feel of your plan including colour schemes and any specific custom requirements at an early stage.

Contact us by filling in the form and we will contact you as soon as possible to begin making arrangements.

Payment is structured in stages and we will require a non-refundable deposit from you when you make your order. The balance will become payable six weeks before your event date when we finalise the design and format of your order. At this stage, you will be sent a 'mood board' put together with all your colour and font options and a layout design for your approval.

A fortnight before your event we will contact you prompting you for your final guestlist. We will need your list a minimum of seven working days prior to the date in order to insert the names and arrange for timely shipment of your order. It may be possible to make minor alterations after delivery through the use of our included 'first aid' kit. In most cases, we will be able to e-mail you updated files that you can use the paper in the kit to print out.
